No Cardiff bid for Middlesbrough man

Cardiff have ruled themselves out of the running to sign Middlesbrough man, Grant Leadbitter according to Wales Online.
Cardiff have been linked with Leadbitter since they bowed out of the Premier League, although they have now poured cold water on the deal, announcing that they will not make an attempt to sign the Middlesbrough star this summer.

Leadbitter still has a year remaining on his contract with the North East side, and it seems likely that the 28 year-old will remain at the Riverside, despite interest from a number of clubs.
Middlesbrough manager, Karanka, is said to be an admirer of Grant Leadbitter and will no doubt make an effort to keep him at the Riverside, at least for the remainder of his contract.
Reading are rumoured to be one of the sides vying for the midfielder’s signature this summer.
