Season Ticket Refunds

Mon May 19, 2014 12:57 pm

I started a new job last week and have to work saturdays sometimes 2pm finish (which is fine) other times 5pm finish.

I renewed my season ticket on the day it was announced. I emailed club for a refund and had it within 2 days.

Ill be able to get a ticket for any game i can make I am sure. we couldnt even sell out in the prem and now with the extra seats...

Sad though after 5 years of being a ST holder :-(

The point i am trying to make is that Interestingly the lady on the phone said that they are NON REFUNDABLE but then said that "loads and loads" of people have been contacting the club for a refund and that if i did it in writing would be ok.

If I was in charge at the club I wouldn't be given refunds

I done exactly the same last week after 33yrs watching city I only do every away game now I put it in writing and within 2 days had a full refund and its nothing to do with being in the prem or the championship as i sold last seasons st to a mate after xmas i cant stand going down ccs with all this bollocks going on with the dicktator its a personal choice by any individual now as for if u were in charge of the club u wouldnt give refunds well heres why the club would be in a worse state if you run it then as I had my st on the price freeze at 334 the club instantly sell that same seat in canton for 429 making money I choose now lije last season to do all aways where theres real fans and friends who want to go watch the team also tan dont get my matchday money ie ticket beer programme etc I wont support him anymore and wont return to the ccs till hes gone

Maybe if i thought i could sell the ticket on for the games i have to miss but with the photo restriction etc... And the fact i can get a ticket anytime now the simple fact is I am WORKING during most games. So I am not sure what division matters, albeit easier to get tickets with extra capaciy and lower league football.

I had 2 friends who couldnt even GIVE their tickets away for Chelsea. Madness
