Bellamy next season poll

Simple poll really just a yes or no and give a reason for your answer.

My personal view is I think we have a few younger players who are now capable of doing a role better than Bellamy. Nothing against him but I think his time is up.

My view is that he has used the club for the last year. He has not been worth the expense and his attitude is poor.
Really disappointing because I thought he was going to be the main man for us this year due to his experience at prem level.
Time for him to go I'm afraid

My reason is what does he do? Runs around a bit? That's worth being our highest earner I guess. He was poor in the Championship and worse in the Premier League. A sicknote who causes problems in the dressing room and does nothing on the pitch.

IF Ole really wants him to stay, then I hope he puts him on a pay as you play deal.

On reduced wages, pay as you play and in a coaching role. I could see the benefit. But full time, no, drain on resources.

Time for him to retire never added much to the team , no pace and hardly any goals in the last two seasons.We shouldnt be paying anyone over £15000 a week in the championship.

No. He's earned enough money in his career for his foundation and has never completed a full season with us, he puts so much baggage on us. He has not got on with three managers here, throws strops when he doesn't get his own way and has barely played in the Championship. I want to see a young energetic attacking Cardiff team, Bellamy is not the man to be one of the experienced figureheads to help us return. He's done what he set out to do, I would hate him to continue on another season. No quarrels if he wants to knuckle down and become a coach

No for me. 35k a week could be spent on 3 good championship players. Bellamy is not able to give us enough games in a season to be on that amount. Bellamy on 15k yes. Anymore and no. Not sure I would want him as a coach either

So long as the Wages are not extortionate or on a game by game basis so we get the best of him.

He went to Florida for 4 days during the stoke game and NOBODY KNEW WHERE HE WAS FOR DAY (I'm sure Annis and CRl have both heard this)

Big wages are an issue and he didn't play enough first team football last year to warrant a place in the squad for the wages, if we keep most of our midfield he stays on the bench so as much of a big fan I am of craig time to move on

Funny you should bring up Liverpool Chief because that is where Craigs heart is. He had no right calli g all City fans f*cking Wankers. And his antics for the Stoke match is damn right disgusting concidering the wages he was paid.

Aye, I agree with you fully about Witt's, was bang out of order booing a club legend like that. A player that's shown bags of loyalty to us, could have gone to other clubs, but chose to stay with us and has never hesitated to sign new contracts. My favourite city player by a mile.. But bellamy could have gone about making his feelings known a lot better and with more class, instead of running about calling us all wankers and flicking his arms about as if we dont mean shit. Senior player like him with the amount of experience he got should be able to control himself, and chose his words in the after game interview, Just seems like he wants to take every oppertunity to be center of attention. I doubt he even gave a shit about the booing tbh, he just seen an oppertunity to have a go and be a bit contravertial, and took it. I wasn't offended in the slightest, just expected more from a senior player. Nothing supprises me about our fans anymore though

2) Passed his best.
3) Too old.Too slow now.
4) Attitude problem against our fans.
5) Ridiculous wages for a bit part player.
