viewtopic.php?f=2&t=141656 I must confess that I have not always agreed with all points made regarding the rebrand by Annis.
But credit where credit is due !
Todays article in the echo, summed up totally what I felt regarding the overall changes to the club, including walking out half time during the Brighton game. I also felt the same, totally alienated during the match and could not bring myself to stay a moment longer in that sea of corporate red.
Many times last season you got the impression many attended games out of a sense of duty to the club and feeling of guilt not to attend. I include myself in that camp.
No need to dwell on what has happened since and the horror that ensued, that has been well witnessed and documented by all.
What I would say is I believe the resurgence of blue over the past few months and protests, is obviously having an impact and must maintain momentum to have any chance of success.
Recent events are providing hope, that one day my club that I felt was part of me, will return one day and rekindle my partly lost passion for my beloved Bluebirds.
I would like to thank all involved in organising the protests, meetings and feedback given to the club.
Whilst receiving a lot of criticism from fans, they devote much time and effort that many supporters do not recognise or appreciate, a thankless task on times.
We need to offer our full support to those prepared to go the extra mile to get our overall viewpoint across to the club etc.
Surely by continuing constructive and open dialogue, sense will prevail.
An excellent article today Annis.
Well done !
