its near enough factual, no one had the faith in malky to complete the task which unsettled the whole club, players, fans and staff. Ole come in at a bad time with no experience and knowledge of the squad which is just absurd..

had we had someone like steve bruce or pulis to beleive in to get the squad sold on the idea they are good enough to stay up and put a few tweaks into this squad we would of easily survived.

Mentality and Mindset are absoloutely huge, were talking about games with very little in it which can easily be decided by a team playing with conviction and belief in themselves.

Not sure on Lambert, but the others keep it simple and try and stop other teams and keep it tight then pinch a goal on the break. They try to keep clean sheets and play the percentages. Malky was attempting this type of management, I think we would have got more points and possibly stayed up, but we will never know......
