Batman Wonder Woman and I believe the Green Lantern will all feature in this movie in some capacity.

Batman Battered Supes most famously in Frank Millars Highly Decorated The Dark Knight Returns.

Ben Affleck was Shit as Daredevil.
But he is a Huge Comic book and More importantly Batman fan. He took the Daredevil role quite frankly because it paid handsomely and on the basis that Val Kilmer and George (Bat Nipples) Clooney were being cast as Batman it was the closest he would get to it.

I think he will do fine as Bruce Wayne/Batman Better than Kilmer/Clooney any how.

I first watched it in Imax3d,And l loved it.
I've watched it about 20 times since and every time I watch it I find a new reason to hate it.

Loved the Kryton scenes. Loved the casting.
But there are far to many flaws for my liking.

Still better than the previous 3 Superman films though(3,4 & returns).

DC are playing second fiddle to Marvel who are on fire.
Studios have finally recognised the closer to the comic the films are the better they do.

I am a massive geek to this shit but when you can get a actor like Robert Redofrd to utter the immortal comic book line "Hail Hydra" then the Geeks are winning.

i understand how people can get really into things, and although its not more sort of thing i have a few mates who are massive comic book fans and love all of these sorts of films.

Having said that, im yet to speak to anyone who likes man of steel, i really dont know how you could watch it 20 times

I had high hopes for man of steel.... It was like watching a cartoon lol for me they went to over the top with the CGI, like the fighting scenes ect, about the only decent thing in that film, was the female baddie faora? Simply because she was bloody hot
0.T but I think their making a massive mistake giving the the terminator part to Dwayne the rock Johnson in the new terminator film. They should have gone with an unknown, and let the movie do the talking unlike terminator salvation where Christian bale seemed to overshadow the actual film

Im not sure about him as Batman, but Affleck was the bomb in phantoms.

Whilst we're all picking your brain. Have you read any of the 'New 52' comics that DC started putting out in 2011? i have wanted to get started reading comics for years but never knew where other than a few stand alone graphic novels or going through a huge backlog. Apparently these are kind of reboots?

I've not started em to be honest but I have them downloaded.

I'm currently reading Marvels Fear Itself which is f*cking awesome(red skull sin Avengers ).

As for Batfleck, I agree with what Smith said, but initially I was like Really? Affleck Batman? But I had kinda convinced myself that Cranston was gonna be Luthor and Brolin was gonna be Batman. Daredevil always will be compared, but my reply to that would be "Chris Evans".
f*cking so annoying and shit as Johnny in F4 but immense as Captain America.
The Character you play alters the performance.
Matt Murdoch compared to Bruce Wayne? Come on Guys.

I can live happy with 1&2 of that franchise.
They're perfect and will never be bettered.
Completely uninterested in it now.

Cranston would have been fantastic! Really not exited about Jesse Eisenberg as Luthor. 100% agree with you on the casting. Cap2 was unbelievable. I think Ben Affleck will do well, never really liked Bale. Top films but never warmed to him. Hoping they add Aquaman to the justice league. I think the Rock will be Green Lantern in that.
