its certainly the issue. Im worried that there might be no clause in his contract to lower his wages now, but even if there is we will be paying him close to 30k a week i reckon.

Fingers crossed someone wants him next season, I see the Leicester chairman is promising a huge amount of money. Let him buy Kenwyn and Caulker while hes at it

Honestly we payed 11 mill for him. They get him at half prize. Not a great deal.

We've just been relegated, whilst he isn't old he isn't young anymore either and we overpaid in the first place for a DM. We were always going to lose money on him. Just a pity we have to sell so soon.

Medel is genuinely a class player, but ran out of steam late on in season probably due to how much he had to do in our side.

Roathie, still miles better than Canas and even better value as he made an impression on the PL and helped us gain more points than we would have without him. Plus we're still getting a chunk back despite relegation.

I really we hope we wait until the World Cup we could get 8 million buy Leon Britton and still have all but 100,000 of it to spend.
