Ole, you must get this right.

This post is all opinion, so brace yourselves!
We must look at Wolves from their relegation to league 1. IMO they went down due to a lack of characters, leaders, guts and determination.
The championship will eat you alive without those qualities. Players like Daelhi and John will have to man up quickly. They are young, they need good examples to follow otherwise bad habits spread. Players like Jones cannot be anywhere near the first team, laziness and lack of passion will bring us down.
I'm fairly certain ole knows this, but he needs to get a certain style/formation/XI. This will be crucial, you don't get anywhere without a solid foundation. Just look at Burnley for an example.
Also Ole has to find a way to motivate his players, the last 7 or 8 games I've seen us play have been absolutely pathetic, our wimper at Newcastle defines this. He needs to focus those players and give them their clear goal of 100% effort to win.
This brings me on to the transfer window ahead.
Like I said Jones needs to be kept away at all costs. GET RID. Mutch goes missing when the pressure is on, not a quality that's forgiven in the championship often. If we recieve a good offer then he can go.
I like Campbell but he can't play the game! He's lightening quick but we need quality up front, something we've lacked since the Mason Miller partnership IMO (I know miller struggled for goals towards the end but he was an all round player). Honestly hope to see Mason Maynard partner up, Maynard definitely can do it in the Championship and I honestly believe Mason could excel under Ole if he puts an arm round him. So Campbell won't be missed I don't think so this transfer to Sunderland won't be a complete loss.
Noone must be held onto end of. Simple as.
Medel and Caulker I believe both are over rated personally, however I think maybe caulker could play for England in years to come if he is coached properly. The lucrative sums we payed for them can be recouped and they won't be a sore miss.
Marshall I'd like to see stay but keepers are relatively easy to come by at championship level.
On getting players in. We have this Guerra guy, no idea but could take time to adjust. Could be next Velikonja. At least he's free. If we struggle for goals by January (probably won't play Mason which will be why!) then bring in a decent striker for crying out loud! Rhodes, Austin whoever just do it!
With medel going we'll need a midfield enforcer, leader, warrior, make him captain someone like Gunnar but more mobile. Like the Celtic captain (brown? Forgotten his name!)
Centre half is required too. Experienced, clever, strong maybe like Keogh for Derby.
All I'm doing is gassing really, but this window is vital for CCFC, whether you believe Ole is the right man or not (I don't!) get behind him and the lads. I think we have a tough season in store if we don't get the transfer window right.

But Marshall must stay. Maybe we don´t need his quality for the Championship, but it could be hard to find someone of his caliber if we go straight up. The man himself almost saved Cardiff from going down. But I think OGS will true to find a new Central Defender, at least if Caulker goes, who I don´t mind too much if given good money.
