fraizer campbell really? cant wait till he goes

Mon May 12, 2014 9:01 am

glad campbell is leaving.
he cant score enough goals. and he gets away with because he looks as if hes doing well in games.
in reality hes just hitting everything over thr bar and waiting for the ball to be fed for him.

feel sorry for whatever premier club signs him if they have to start him and have no better offers theyl be fucked

Can't really argue. He does work hard but there's not enough end product to warrant him staying. Any profit we can make from him is a bonus in my opinion.

One of your better players.

Nothing warranting him staying... Apart from his excellent goal record in the championship... :laughing6:

if we were going to sell him, anything less than 2m would be a waste imo.

He will score goals in the championship for sure.

He has had a few chances in the premiership now and not taken any of them he is not a goal scoring striker.

He probably would have got quite a few in the Championship, but would have also wasted another bucket load of chances, wouldn't be too sad if he leaves.....

scored well last time we were in the championship.... got 9 goals this season, obviously not a lot, but would get more in the league hes more suited to playing in.

Unless we get a silly offer... selling him is madness lol

Your defenders dont stop others scoring and your midfield is porous either.

However, put of all the players attempting to live up to their job/positional requirements - he is one of the better ones.

I am not dead against him staying now we've dropped he is better suited to the championship but if he wants to go he is not a big loss like Marshall and Caulker would be and easier to replace....

Anything over 2m and we are laughing, average striker and only really had one good season in his career, injury prone too

a twenty goal a season striker (which is what i believe he is in the championship) is not easy, nor cheap to come by. I would like Deeney to partner him up front, he would cost us 5m i reckon.

I don't understand why you think Cardiff fans are clueless Roath? I mean a Premiership side is (maybe) trying to buy one of our players, who has scored goals in the very league the club is in and the fans think he's shite.

Striker doesn't score enough goals, must be because strikers bad!

It's not like there might be a little more too it like support play and very few players assisting him in the final third :laughing5:

I want a natural goalscorer not bothered if he doesn't run around as much, just one that can stick it in the net.

You had Luke Moore who couldn't score replace him with Bony and you stay up....

Spot on.

He has looked the one most likely to open the deadlock when ive seen you play. His movement is great and the defenders are always having to be switched on with his pace which is tiring.

If you can keep him he will do excellently in the championship. If you sell him to the Prem then im sure he will score a handful of goals and be useful to the side acquiring him.

Deeney would be fine on his own with plenty of support and balls through from Whits Daehli etc, that is the type of player we need to push on, Campbell wasting chances is so frustrating .....

Cant just have one striker though, and i think the two together would work well. Personally i would try to sell Jones and Maynard to pay for Deeney, Keep Cambell Berget and Mason. :)

I would be happy with those four, but can we get him and keep Campbell, anyway if he wants to go it may be hard to stop him, we don't want a disgruntled player......

We have Guerra too, so at the moment we have Guerra, Berget, Maynard, Mason, Campbell, Velikonja, Healy and Jones. We really need a clear out. Would be happy to start the season with Maynard, Guerra and maybe Deeney/Rhodes. Use Mason and Berget as begins the strikers.
