Today Tan has told you that the debt to equity will still leave you £100m in debt but he has misdirected the ausience to focus in "maybe I will turn you back to blue one day". The man is very clever and knows his audience because it has worked![]()
His skill to hold and manipulate his audience captive is very impressive indeed.

Come on bluebirds Roath magic comes to kill steal and destroy Cardiff City . Kill the club, steal our joy and destroy unity within our club with his magic box of lies! Don't fall for it!
The bible says the enemy goes around like a roaring lion looking to kill steal and destroy. It also says the enemy comes disguised as an angel of light. Roath magic is the antichrist of Cardiff City fc

I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SAY THIS BUT:
I agree with you on this one!
We have been given to very different pieces of news and it is difficult to keep focus on the head (he is breaking a promise to convert ALL debt into equity) over the heart (willing to reconsider returning to BLUE).
The thing that crystallises it for me, though, is the time delay on the positive strand. We won't even be able to discuss the BLUE issue till we are back in PL. That could take years, especially if Tan makes cost cuts as described in the papers.
I warned everyone that there would be a further excuse with regard to debt/equity. He has come up with yet another excuse. Apparently, £150m-160m is a LOT of money. No shit Sherlock!! This way, Tan gets the best if both worlds. He is a shareholder, but he still has more of a say being the main creditor.
The offer of a single fan rep. on the board is a token gesture. Who will this "fan" be? Will he/she be selected by the supporters? How much voting power will this fan have?
Tan has said the change to red is prompted by superstition and the fact that red is more marketable in the Far East. So why would this change if we get promotion to the PL? Why can't he change now? Why doesn't it make sense to unite fans and gain popularity? ANSWER: He hasn't promised to return to BLUE. He has said he will reconsider WHEN we are re-promoted. Delaying tactics again.
For me, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. We are still a club in worse debt than before, run by one person, stripped of our identity and facing monumental odds against re-promotion.
Thanks Tan!

The fans have waited 2 years for this debt to equity and a debt free club, he finally tells you it is not happening and because he mentioned the "possible" blue return that is all that is being talked about.
Not a mention of the main earth shattering news what so ever![]()

Would you all have gone along with the lunatic knowing at the start that all the money he was splashing out would not be converted?
Ps - if and when he compromises on the shirt colour I reckon it'll be blue and red hoops.
