Ole In The Echo Its Been A learning Curve

Not the sort of thing you want to hear from a manager brought in to try to turn things around. :(

Thats been my point from day one, not Ole's fault, but he had no experience and was very naive.

Well it has, what do you want him to say?

I'm sure Felix Magath has been thinking the same thing.

If given the chance, which I think he will be, hopefully all the talk of Ole's style of play and football pedigree will come through and will stand us in good stead for the future. I'm living in hope more than confidence mind. :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

"I've learned absolutely nothing and I will continue to manage in exactly the same way as I always have because it was clearly so successful :ayatollah: "

Is what he should have said.

not on his first day no......but at this point , you wouldnt really want him to be giving it the i know it all bit would you...?
next year objectives are different, and as difficult as the championship is,winning comes easier......should take some pressure off him.

Cracking bloke one of the best, wrong choice for last season (weak squad in a strong league)

Will he be any better this season (one of the strongest squads in a weaker league)

The jury's out, he was shit last year when it counted he lost every pressure game. I suppose this challenge is more like his experience with Molde, but I have serious doubts and would prefer a Warnock type to batter the shit out of the Championship with a team of big bullies :bluescarf:

Maybe that would be great for the championship but a team of big bullies won't make it in the PL and then we are back at square 1. Build a team for the future thats a bit more progressive than that please. Don't know if OGS is the right man but please none of these old school managers, none of them get anywhere on PL level. Every single top team is managed by progressive managers.
