because the value of Moodys case compared to the value of Malkys is like comparing Asda Value food to Marks and Spencer!!!

no but there's normally a period of time which needs to be spent. Normally in sales its between 6-12 months that need to lapse. This is common practice these days for many contracts no matter what industry you are in

Its also to help stop customers from transferring over too. Also in the more professional jobs which is what we are talking about when you are sacked you dont just get shown the door, you have to sign paperwork with would clearly reinstate the points in your original agreement and are still obilged to keep

from what I have read the facts we know are:
-Malky and Moody have issued an apology
-No compensation has been paid
-A settlement with both has been reached but no details of the financial element has been published

as salary due under the contract would not be considered compensation it is possible that the settlement included some or all of the salary due (for the remaining time on the contract) but no facts have been published on the financial element of the settlement so we don't know how much has been paid.

Malky's compensation claim would have included a claim for some or all of the "not getting relegated" bonus that he may have earned had he not been sacked and kept us up but he has obviously dropped this claim.

I've no idea what prompted the sudden and dramatic announcements today but I wouldn't be surprised to see Malky with another club within a week. whatever the reality is it is likely we will never know what has happened AT OUR CLUB.

I am not "in the know" but was told today by a club insider that the kit for next season has been designed "it's red with a dragon watermark over the whole front of the shirt and is horrible". I hope the fool changes his mind and respects our traditions and puts us back in our historic blue kit :bluescarf:

you keep reverting to sales people..........i dont think malky has a plan to hijack carlos coaches for norwich games.....and as for this,we are sacking you but keeping you captive until you sign this...yeah ok........get f*cking real......you sack people you no longer want, are poor, dont perform...if you sack them and get them to sign these forms, its pretty clear evidence you fear them working for someone in competition.......which of course is 100% unfair
