Gross Misconduct

Just thinking.... would Gross Misconduct be enough not to pay up an agree compensation claim on a contract.

I'll give someone a "for example"..... If Mike Ashley was looking for a way to get Alan Pardew out of his long term contract, could he have fired him after the whole Head-butt incident, and rightfully not paid him a penny?

i think that ones clear cut..yes.. you can not head but people in your place of work.
Ashley and Pardew are personal friends of many years though......
