He still thinks Cornelius is a good signing and stands by it which is a huge kick in the teeth to anyone who has watched us misfire game after game this season.

Feel he's being too harsh on himself, he walked into a tough job, maybe didn't panned out as he liked but that's not to say he won't be a success here, it's what he does in the summer which will determine him as a manager.

Not even blaming the players one bit. All his responsibility, so he should take the blame.

sounds like ole going out of the door...he never made the impact i was hoping for and was mistified at times with his team selection.....and i felt that malkys time had come to an end...

Really feel ole will come good for us if he's aloud to build his own squad over the summer. Hope he gets the chance. The championship is a lot more forgiving than the premier league, I think it will be easier for him to get things right, and prepare him for the premier league if we do go back up.. He was thrown in at the deep end this season, with next to know managerial experience.. A season in the championship is what he needs
