if ole is the man who does he need in backroom staff

So we have all got opinions whether ole is the man to take us forward and I think he can be but we need to get experience around him,mullestene (parden the spelling) and curbishley in my opinion would be great additions to the staff,Rene wants to play gd football like ole and curbishley knows wat it takes to get a team out the championship.I know everyone is thinking about signing players and who will leave but surely before we start bringing players in we need to have a solid staff that knows what they are looking for,last thing we need is a load of bergets coming through the door.it's like the David moyes factor at United they wasn't going to give him the war chest to spend on shit and I'm scared that if we don't have the backroom staff to help guide ole in the summer window we'll end up with a team unable to compete.would love to see us playing good football and running away with the championship but history has shown u have to be a resilient team to win the championship,is ole capable of guiding us through a season in such a tough league when he's no experience in the league,I don't think he can alone and think the most important signings this summer will be the backroom staff,we need someone who can help ole and fast!
