Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been tipped to lead Cardiff back into the top flight.
That’s the verdict of Solskjaer’s ex-Manchester United team-mate Gary Neville after the Bluebirds were relegated on Saturday.
Neville, who played in the same United team between 1996-2007, reckons the Norwegian will bounce back and learn from the mistakes made during his four-month tenure in the Welsh capital.
Neville said: “It will be a huge disappointment for him.
"He wouldn’t have expected this because everything he has done – even when he went into the Molde job in Norway – he has experienced success. This is a big test for him.
“Managers when they start off their careers are going to have setbacks and this will be a huge learning curve for him. But he will respond next season.
“What he does have is the players who have experienced the Championship and that will give them an edge in terms of getting back into the Premier League.
“Cardiff will get back and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will improve and get better as a manager out of the experience that he has had at the moment, even though he looked devastated at the weekend.”

Tonteg Bluebird wrote:"Ole tipped to relegate Cardiff again to League 1" would be more accurate. Unless Ole drastically changes his ways, we will once again have rotational teams with no understanding or organisation on the pitch, plus a team without the fight, guts, spirit and team work required to grind out results on a cold Tuesday night at Brentford. I'm sorry, but that's the harsh reality of where we are at right now.
Saying that, Tan says Ole is a much better manager than Malky, so if Malky can win this league by 8 points, Ole should be able to win the league by 12 points.

I have to agree with this although I hope I am wrong.
However, whilst he is manager here I will get behind him & the team.
