Nathan Blake.. Ole deserves to have a pre-season

Looking at next season the big question is all about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The Norwegian has had a tough start to his time in the Welsh capital and many are questioning his suitability for managing the Bluebirds in the Championship.

Personally I like managers to be shown a bit of loyalty and I believe Solskjaer needs to be given the chance to lead the Bluebirds into the next campaign.

For a start, when he arrived at the club he did not come into a great situation.

There was still all the fall out after the departure of Mackay and Solskjaer had to try to hit the ground running.

I spoke to Ole recently and he admitted he had been a bit naive when he first arrived in expecting the players to pick up on his philosophy straight away.

The guy is on a very steep learning curve. He deserves to have a pre-season with his players as well as a chance to shape his own squad this summer

He's done well at utd and in norway. remember his team were nobody until he re-organised it.

Its impossible to come into a relagated team and produce a miracle unless you DEMAND Authority like pulis.
for the rest you need to win over the players with time or produce a completely new team.

I think he deserves a chance with a completely new side who are willing to commit to cardiff and OGS.

around 95% of footballing problems come from mindset and players attitudes and reactions ability plays a part - but you need the right players aT the club willing to give 100% its not always easy.
