Just read this article that says the FA will talk about introducing a new 5th Division between league 2 and the conference compromised of "B" teams derived from premier league and championship clubs. What does everyone think of this idea? Would you be for a Cardiff City B team competing in a 5th Division? I think there will be a rule similar to the spanish league that states the B team cannot get promoted into the top league or the same league in which the first team play.
Are you for or against this idea?

Totally against it. It will give the Conference teams yet another division to climb and these Conference/grass roots clubs are struggling enough financially as it is. B teams are what reserve leagues are for. I love the lower league terracing grounds too so putting another obstacle in the way of these clubs will reduce the risk of us having the opportunity to play a team like Scunthorpe in the Championship again.

Horrible idea, B-teams in lower leagues competing with A-teams from higher leagues is one of the major reasons why Scandinavian leagues are so shit. No deserving teams ever get promoted, well at least very rarely.
