He is only 8 and feels totally let down, let down by the players, let down by the management and let down by the owner.
He does not want to go in the Fizzy pop league, says its boring. I have to disagree with him, but understand how the romantic lure of the premier league is.
We dont deserve to be in it. Sorry.

I feel sorry for your son. I was born in 1984 so when I was 8 and watched City during the 1992/1993 season in the old Division 4 during the Eddie May era, I had the best time ever as a City fan. For me, I don't think that season will ever be beaten during my lifetime.

I blame the parents.
Kids are like sponges they absorb so much of what is around them. This is why kids grow up to be so much like their parents.
Your son is picking up your ACTUAL stance as opposed to the one you are posting on here.

I hope he didn't react like the little boy (and his father) in the 'home section' at WBA recently when we got back to 2-2 and then 3-3
Absolute comedy gold and the father took 'stick' all the way out of the ground!
Mummy would have been well-impressed with daddy that day...NOT!
On a more serious note, I hope YOUR little one gets over it and comes back for next season still supporting the boys!

The only team the boy will be supporting is the gypos, along with his father
