then maybe mr tan should ask Rene Meulensteen and mike phelan to work along side him i think they both have the knowhow

Maybe Tan should accept that it didn't work out and leave and take Solskjaer with him.

Not sure. Ole's contract makes him easy to get rid off to be honest.
As for Tan, well he will probably be having the assets of the club valued to see how much he can salvage if he were to asset strip and leave. If he deems the amount salvaged is better than investing more time into this project then he will most likely leave.

i dont think leaving is an option for to to be honest he must sell to recoup as much back as he can which in turn means keeping the club on course for a premier league return.

In essence, I think that's a great idea but they are two of the best assistant managers in the game so I think they will find much bigger clubs to work at.
