for muslims in cardiff airport,they are sited in the toilet block and are for the washing of feet before preying.....a waste of tax payers cash to me...

Could it be something to do with the Law I know a couple of years ago some of the emergency services had to have a dedicated room for prayers

They may have got an agreement with Air Iran to run a weekly service to Tehran
