BU was its own worst enemy and shot itself in the foot by doing exactly the same thing you have said in your post about fans who continued to support City. BU could have great but sadly it divided the fans even more which is a shame. You say you have the club you deserve but didn't you say in your previous name you still went to games (I could be wrong on this tho ). And the few you have burned Malaysian flags made derogatory comments about Malaysians and verbally abused Tan and wanted him gone. While many City fans did not want him gone but just wanted to play in blue, hence would not associate with your group.

Forgot to add to you saying it was lies about some of your group being racist, whilst attending one protest outside the ground it started off well with everyone singing etc but then one or two started. The racists chants and burning a Malaysian flag and that's when people started to walk away take a good look at your self BU and it might tell you why you failed
