Very hard league to get out of though. Only the top place goes into the league with the play offs for the second. Luton were down there for years before finally going up this season.
Bristol as a whole is a sleeping giant in footballing terms. The best team in the South West at the moment is Yeovil!

Baring in mind no Welshmen will support an English team just across the border and vise versa (Although they will support an english teams miles away). They absolutely have all the potential to be in the premier league.
