British rail have decided to do extensive work on the line between Newport and Cardiff next weekend.All passengers coming to Cardiff must get off at Newport-that's fucked the Chelsea lot up! Police will be waiting for them at Newport then all put on buses me thinks.Perhaps they can have a row with Newport instead

Its Network Rail, there's no such thing as BR anymore. The engineering work was planned months ago.
