Such suffering for an offence that would get you prison here.
No one deserves that, especially not someone that shows remorse for what they did.
Second chances should be given.
The countries in the middle east get a bad rap for their public executions but America carry out alot more behind closed doors. What would rather, a public show of what not to do with your life and with the victims family getting to decide judgement, or in a dark dingy room with a needle.

Actually fair enough. I heard is was a murder but one where someone walked in on a robbery. I didn't realize they executed her, or that someone was raped.

he also burried her alive. fukhim, he deserved everything he got. another peice of shit off the face of the earth is fine with me

I gotta be honest, the result was achieved in the end, glad the dodgy fucker had some extra suffering.
The deadline 'man dies in botched execution' did make me giggle, surely it would have been more botched if the fucker had lived.

Got what he deserved, he was sentenced to death for shooting 19-year-old Stephanie Neiman and watching as two accomplices buried her alive in 1999.
Mind US history shows a lot of botches go on.

I'm a bit cautious about a pro-capital punishment stance because it's got so many grey areas but I am a firm believer that the minute you take someone else's life intentionally then you surrender the right to your own life.

Capital punishment is awful, it does nothing to stop people offending and only serves to make the government look terrible, especially in situations like this. You take the life of someone for a murder and you're just as bad as they are. Better to let them live with what they've done in a prison and with an actual life sentence without parole.
