If this guy had the talent to match his workrate he would be on the plane to Brazil this summer.
Unfortunately he falls into the catergory excellent championship player, not good enough for the Premiership.
One of only two players, along with Marshall, who can hold their head up high after this season.

Fair play to the boy he has worked his socks off up front in a bad side.Cant ask any more than 100% and he gave it every game.

He has Denzil. He frustrates me when the ball goes bouncing off him but after seeing how much effort he puts in its difficult to be too harsh on him.
If all our players had given as much as FC we may be a few points better off.

He does give it his all and you can't fault that. When he did that air shot against Stoke in our last home game it really summed him up. Just not quite good enough for the prem - saying that, we have hardly given him many opportunities to score this season.

I think that's been the problem our two best performers or in Campbell's case our best trier are either end of the pitch from each other with a poor spine in between. I do think Campbell with a good season in the championship with a good frontman alongside him could be good for his confidence and help him make him take the step up just hope it's with us.

They showed a great clip on MOTD where he ran past Zaha (who was on the half way lineish) where FC started in our own penalty area. Can't fault him, hopefully he'll be banging them in for fun again next season!

No one can take away his fighting spirit, which is the best in the club. But his technical skill is to poor and he is not able to tie up the ball. I think the best thing to do for Frazier is to move on, but I sometimes wonder, with a bit of coaching and not pressing the panic button every time he gets the ball he could be a very good striker. I hail his attitude though

where is he going to move onto?
He will be fine for us in the championship next season, and hes not really going to get a chance back in the prem with another club.

I don't think he will get much game time to be honest. From what I'm told there are two new strikers coming in.
Honestly I thing the club will repeat their mistake by building another championship squad and buy a couple of expensive players if we go up again. If we rebuild, we need to think further ahead. But maybe striker is not the most pressing in the championship.

He frustrates me and I'd like to see a more clinical striker but you can tell he cares, he's one of the few players who come to apologise to fans

I agree that the ball can sometimes get away from him and his first touch isn't always brilliant but I honestly think we haven't seen the best of him yet.
The way Malky set up his teams it was an absolute impossible task for any striker to shine. It always amazed me that Malky or his coaching staff didn't close the gap between the midfield and the forward line.
Ole has attempted to do something about this but the incredible demise of Gary Medel, the unfortunate injury to Noone and our general lack of quality has left gaps all over the park!

Yes from what I'm told. But I hope they manage to work on Frazier in the summer. Only minor tweeks to get him up to level one striker, and he certainly earned his chance
Tue Apr 29, 2014 2:44 pm
Of course he will play next season, he's already shown he can score in the Championship. We need players like him next season as he will give it his all.
Tue Apr 29, 2014 4:32 pm
His work rate us exceptional, he does make quite a few mistakes but generally makes up for them. I'd keep him in either league, prem bench player with two first team players in front of him. Championship starter.
Tue Apr 29, 2014 4:51 pm
absolutely stupid idea to get rid of him. would have scored bags more with a better team around him, hes by no means a great prem player but more than good enough for any relegation side had we not played so defensively and shite all year, deffo need him in the championship.
Tue Apr 29, 2014 5:09 pm
He's got two left feet, needs the ball played into space in front of him
Tue Apr 29, 2014 6:42 pm
I think if he had a strike partner he would have doubled his goal tally.
we have to fukin wake up next year and play 2 strikers thats the only way we are going to get anywhere
Tue Apr 29, 2014 8:30 pm
If he had a decent strike partner he would have hit a fair few more in this season. 20 goal a season in the championship I think, scored about 9 in 15 or something when he first came in
