Talking of throwing money down the drain how much has this oxygen thief cost us?

A reported 20k a week x 52 weeks x 2 seasons = 2m

Malky looking after his next door neighbour eh.

Re: Tommy Smith

He was a good player when he was with liverpool, but we should be signing younger players without dodgy knees.

wasnt malky best man at his wedding? or God father to his kid or something?

I said when we signed him i didnt think he would improve us that much, though he started off quite well to be fair. Very odd decision keeping him this season though, especially ahead of Conway.

Never wanted to come here in the first place and was happy picking up big wages at QPR or even moving to a London based/Hertfordshire side. He's out of contract in the summer though luckily but yet again another Malky mistake.

so how much do you think they earn ?
Lappin and Smith in particular total waste of money

When you start picking apart Malkys transfer dealings a very murky picture emerges.

Re: Tommy Smith

Tue Apr 29, 2014 1:42 pm

If you pick apart any clubs transfers dealing, apart from a extreme minority you see players which shouldn't have been bought and players which should have been sold.

How do you just 'get rid' of a player?

all managers make mistakes, and all managers like to bring in players they know, but you correct, with Malky it was too much of both categories.............and as for not getting a proven striker as a top priority is mind blowing......top scorer on 8 in one division, you get promoted and buy an untried kid from Denmark for pretty much 30% of the budget.....

The Simon lappin signing was a total joke, just like that joker milkay

Re: Tommy Smith

Tue Apr 29, 2014 2:20 pm

Tommy boy is being underutilized by Solksjaer.

On his day he is has the touch of an angel, the agility of a mountain goat and site of an eagle. If you have been down to the vale lately you would see he bangs them in for fun. He is also the life and soul of the changing room, cracking jokes left right and centre.

A shame Ole doesn't see the player we all see, the english pele.
