Solskar has struggled to find his best eleven and is clearly lacking experience at Premiership level
If Ole is with us next season , He needs help
I would like to see Mike Phelan and Rene Meulensteen, appointed to the back room staff , they have a wealth of premiership experience at the very top level ,
I was surprised that Moyes moved them out of Man United , that was his biggest mistake when he took over
I think they are available ...... and would be just what we need
The lack of Premiership experience with the playing and back room staff has been the major factor for such a poor season
Here's hoping it will happen ....... but I doubt it
