Cardiff City should stick with boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer...their problems run far deeper than one man

Former Cardiff City star Nathan Blake has his say on the Bluebirds' current predicament, insisting Solskjaer should be given time
Cardiff City should stick with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer despite facing almost certain relegation to the Championship, according to Nathan Blake.
Solskjaer has lost 11 of his 19 matches in charge since taking over from Malky Mackay in January, including a number of humiliating drubbings against relegation rivals.
The Bluebirds currently stand on the brink of relegation to the Championship after a 4-0 loss at Sunderland on Sunday, but Blake says Solskjaer should be allowed to continue in the hotseat next season.
And Blake, speaking on his weekly live debate show Blakey's Bootroom , says the blame for a dismal season does not solely lie with the Norwegian.
"I do believe in longevity. I don't think we can get into this spiral of just changing the manager.
"The whole club needs to be sorted out. We are not heading in the right direction at the moment."

Agree, the whole club and deversed fans should be sorted out.
If this is not done, I believe its the best for Ole to be sacked, so he can go to a healthy. Club instead.

OGS should be given a full pre season to implement his "philosophy" and mould the squad to his own liking.
I imagine the pressure on him to hit the ground running will be massive though.

Easier said than done, we have so many players on the payroll that are not wanted / good enough and the wages we throw about its going to be difficult to get rid of them.
And before anyone thinks this is another dig at Malky, I include Kenwynne Jones in the statement above.
