it's not just for cardiff city you know we do have a national team and the country is try to get more sporting events so a bigger stadium is required if we want to host world wide sporting events

It's also for corporate facilities, they already started touting for business. It's so the stadium is used all year round.

it's a start you got to build somewhere and that is exactly what we are doing

I think there trying to get bigger events. I think the corporate side there limited to 800 but these rooms are supposed to be much bigger.

Nothing to do with European Super Cup and all to do with Tan being clueless. Super Cup is usually held in a 18,000 seater stadium and will be at a 27,000 seater stadium next year. Complete waste of money, probably costing the club more than the Andreas Cornelias disaster.

Ive said it before, when we left Ninian Park we were averaging crowds of about 14,000.So the 27,000 new ground looked a bit big but you grow into them.We will grow into the new stand as well and hit 30,000 in the Championship :bluescarf:

Cmon do me a favour. It's the Cardiff City Stadium, not the Euro Super Cup or the Welsh International stadium. One season in the so called big time and we're expanding to a 33,000 seater stadium.

On average next year we'll probably have 10,000 empty seats, that's fantastic news for Cardiff City isn't it. Having ambition is great but be smart about, become an established, stable Premier League club before even thinking about it.

Who knows whats coming next, all I do know is that the Championship is one hard league to get out of and if it doesn't happen soon then the stadium is going to be looking empty for a while.

there are lots of stadiums that are as big as ours will be in the lower leagues, dont forget expansion was in master plan before tan! thats why stadium was designed to be expanded with minimum effort and cost, time will tell if its worth doing it or do we want to be like others with small stadium unable to compete at higher level if situation arises in future, cost now 10mil cost 5 yrs time 30mil (exsamples) thats what should be looking at its called the bigger picture!! :old:
