Well, I'm saddened that some fans find it funny on this forum....I certainly don't.

OGS, a decent and good man but completely out of his depth. You only need to look at his differing formations and chopping and changing to realise that. Today was hard because we were down to ten men but he didn't have a clue on how to adapt to that situation. He hasn't given me any confidence and I don't think he gives the players any either. As for the players, they tried but they're not good enough. Our owner, well what can you say.....he has completely destabilised this club despite his millions and could well end up financially destroying us. MM wasn't perfect but he had a proven record...League cup final and play-offs in his first season. Championship winners in his second (record number of consecutive wins at home) and never in the relegation zone in the Premier. OGS has done nothing to show that he deserves to be given the same amount of time and yes money, that Malky was given.

Having said that, I would give him a starting chance in the Championship because that's only the fair thing to do...but boy does he need to show a bit more nous and solidity and consistency.
