Maybe, maybe not......he deserves another window though before judged.

In all honesty Ole prob does, but just my opinion I don't think he is good enough to take us back up.

We'll have to wait and see if he gets 10m to get us back-up like the previous manager

You have complained about his changing of the team, his formation and the players he use.

Today he went for the same 11 again except Kimbo who was changed for Cowie. A good desicion imo.
He used Malky`s formation and 9 of the players were Malky`s men except for Fabio and Dæhli.

The tactics and team he used today is almost identical with how Malky would have played and if you think Malky is so great to get us up why wont Ole when he has fallen back to the same tactics and players Malky used to get us up?

Ole tried changing the team but realises that his way of playing didnt work so he went back to how Malky played.
To me that shows that Ole is man enough to adapt to other ways of playing than just his own and he shows that he can adapt.

The bad thing is that he fell back to Malky`s tactic who had given us 2 wins in the last 14 matches. I believe that Ole got things right today but our players aint good enough. I look forward to seeing Ole as manager if we go down.

Ole is a realist and owns up to mistakes, an honest man. Annis just wants some bloke who blew away the biggest chance we had of being a Stoke/S'oton

It's not either manager it's because our players are f*cking shit.

Stupid mistakes all season long. Late goals costing us 5 points.

Nobody's tactics can do anything about that.

Fact is were not good enough.

I dont think he has a proven system I also dont think he has the awareness some managers have,

being a top manager is extremely hard work , you need to work long hours and put in extra committment to really your teams, your players your tactics and your football.
What Tony pulis does and what rodgers, mourihno do, it comes from dedication
