it's both the team is lacking quality with a manager lacking experience and possibly ability too

i must say i love the fact people are defending ole still. you all say it wasnt his fault one player made this mistake ect, ect, yet, if you must defend him after every loss, then surely if we win promotion next season, its not ole who won it, its the players.
