There are several newish villages built in Ireland that have nobody living just because they haven't been able to shift them because of the economy out there.

Saw an advert once for a house for sale in Moyross, Limerick in Ireland, it said 'buyer must be armed and dangerous' Moyross is one rough estate.

crashed when the country went bankrupt around 2010. Theres new developments over there which are absolutely empty!!!!
