It all depends if you can prove collusion between both parties ie Moody and Gunnarsson had an agreement, then it is as much Palaces problem as it is Cardiffs.

If Gunnarsson acted independently and decided to text Moody with the team sheet then it is Cardiffs problem and Cardiffs alone. You could frown upon Palaces conduct of using the information, however it maybe unsporting it doesnt break any rules

thats the problem with these situations, it is difficult to prove either way. Doesnt mean they shouldnt be reported though.

But your just assuming that someone within Cardiff City acted alone and Palace didn't request it. The club are stating that Moody requested it and say the have the evidence to prove it. I would rather back my club in this decision than listen to Palace

We will get nothing.

Just another week or so of being a laughing stock in the national newspapers. Standard.

It's a routine humiliation for us. If only the club was as dignified as the fans.
