Parking Charges at CCS

I'm sure this has been mentioned previously however was just looking for clarity.

I've received a parking charge notice from New Generation Parking Management relating to "exceeding the maximum stay on site" whilst at a home game.

1. Has anyone else had this issue?
2. Can this be enforced as it's not from the local council?

Chuck it in the bin.you will get letters and threats and maybe they will try and pass it on to a debt collector.but as long as you stay strong it will go away.

If you call into the casino, take the letter with you and go to the cash desk.
Tell the girl there that you were in the casino on the day as a paying customer and you put your registration into the screen at the entrance to the casino.(even if you wern't) and they will photocopy the letter and contact the parking company and it will be sorted for you.

Dont contact the parking company yourself!
