I love the 19:27 blue scarfs, but....

Wed Apr 16, 2014 3:34 pm

We need to be that vocal and loud for the whole 90 minutes supporting the boys, not just on 19:27! If we did that we'd make one hell of an atmosphere for the full game!

Totally agree.
If we adopt the right attitude from the start, who knows miracles could happen !

Not for me Nukes, best crowd I can remember this season last game after Cala's goal, all about encouraging the team, being the 12th man, the rebrand was on the back burner briefly.

The re brand can never be put on thd back burner unless you except the red will never change. If success comes before our identity history then we are a very sad bunch of supporters.IMO

This is the problem with this forum unless you are of the opinion of BLUE BEFORE EVERYTHING, Including your matchday enjoyment you are some sort of weirdo, I know you havent said that in your post Nukes, but I just feel that some contributors to the forum must except that whilst we would love a return to blue, supporting the matchday team and enjoying the football is a priority to some people.

Many are not renewing due to the rebrand, but I personally know many who arent due to the red/blue arguments between the fans, when I say red/blue what a mean is fans who want blue back and BLUE OR f**k EVERYTHING FANS

This, you are being a hypocrite paying week in week out if all you're gonna chant about is the re-brand, you come to watch games, be with mates, not pay against a man you are against! We need to back the team

If Tan is allowed to get away with this re branding IE more re branding we wont have a club we know to support.
At the begining we was told it wasn't the right time to protest then the same people started saying a few Months ago we are to late and should of protested at the start.
My view is I would rather get relegated and be blue than stay in the Prem in red. Not saying that will happen just an example. But I firmly believe for me its the identity over success. Success compared to our identity means nothing.

Success, such as we've ever had, is temporary. Identity is permanent. We're Cardiff City, :bluescarf:

Why do you assume if we get relegated we will be blue again?

He didn't say that. He said he'd prefer to get relegated than stay up in the Premier League if it meant going back to blue, and I agree with him.

I wish that the Colin Jackson look alike didn't go so over the top before the game.

It never works as it is about 10 times as loud as it is possible for the fans to get and it sounds quiet once he has finished.

I don't see why it has to be one or the other :? As far as I'm concerned when I'm in the stadium I am backing Cardiff City, that includes the team, manager and our identity. I don't understand what the big deal is, we all want to play in blue so by all means sing about, we've all got a voice let it be heard but at the same time get behind the players that are on the pitch, it's what we have always done and to be fair when we're actually in the mood there's not many better around !

"We're Cardiff City We'll Always Be Blue" to "I'll be therrrre I'll be there"

It's not b*stard difficult. :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

Support the team for the whole game but take a few moments at 19:27 to show your pride in your heritage and traditions. There's no choice to be made here. Do both :bluescarf:
