Gavin, I don't think they do them, but not 100% sure.

They do in the community tours for school children during School time.

Normally done on match day via hospitality package. They should do something for the kids over the holidays though, good idea..

Phoned the club, my 2 sons and I are waiting in main reception for a personal tour at 11am :ayatollah:

I did the same a few years ago.......contacted the club and Julian Jenkins said "get down here within the hour and I will take you around"....and he did. Top bloke and my kids loved it.

Gavin - let us know what you thought of it (and anything they let slip about future plans !!).

When we were shown around, we saw the very impressive changing rooms which had individual wood cubilcle type things, one had a yellow light in it whilst all the other were normal...."why" I asked......."that's Chopras cubicle..it's yellow because he is called the golden one".......things you pick up !

Well what a cracking morning that was, phoned a number on the official websites community page, they told me I was welcome to come straight down, cost me £30 for the 3 of us, but for that price you could have up to 6 people.

Meet in reception by a tour guide from the 'House of Sport' who first took us around the Synther lounge and Ricoh Suite, followed by a look at the private boxes owned by PMG etc.

Then it was onto VT's box which was very nice, the kids couldn't believe his toilet, fully electric and heated seat  I said to the guide, isnt that slightly flamboyant?, he reminded me of some of the VIP guests that VT invites to the CCS, Sultans, ministers etc etc.

VT's gaff

Highlight for me was the boardroom that adjoined VT's private box. The boardroom table is the only piece of furniture that has been with Cardiff City since it was founded, all the big signings put pen to paper on that very desk. Great wall mounted memorabilia, such as original 1927 shirts.

The changing rooms were impressive, well the home ones at least, and the kids got to play with the digital subs board, they loved that. Adjoining the home dressing room is a indoor training area that features 3g grass throughout.

Then it was pitchside, I asked the tour guide about the new seats going into the new stand, as far as he was aware they were going to be blue.

Fully recommend the tour.

Yes mate. Sounds like your missus probably priced up the actual hotel on site which makes it double the cost.

We booked for 2 day pass (More than enough time) and 1 nights hotel stay at this place, a few miles away:

You can do it cheaper than that I think £140, staying in a travelodge a few miles out was the cheapest I found, but as its my daughters birthday I thought the hotel was worth the extra £50.

The worst thing you can do in regards to Legoland is go from home leaving Wales at a reasonable time, you queue for the park straight off the m4, nightmare! I think Windsor is a nice place to visit whilst your up there too.

Looks so different to when I went there in 2010. The changing rooms look so much better now than I remember. Everything would look a lot better in blue though. Interesting about the table though, wonder how much that's worth?

Good news on the seats too :bluescarf: :ayatollah:
