Agreed. The only true Jack I could never dislike no matter how much I tried. Could listen to him talk football for hours, comes across a throughly top bloke as well. I bet hes a joy to work for and has the respect of all his players unlike that clown Monk down West.

Always carries himself in such a respectful manner. A lot of Sunday League managers could learn from him with regards to how they react to victory and defeat.
