Us sunderland and Norwich

Norwich have 4 chances to win 1 game, and unfortunately I have a feeling it will come to the last game of the season, with us losing to Chelsea and them beating Arsenal at home.

but even if they win one game, 6 points might well be enough for us.


I can see no way that they will beat Liverpool, and not only that, but liverpool usually batter them. Obviously things will become a lot more clear on Sunday evening, but a win for us and a defeat, say somthing like 3-0 for Norwich would really close things up in terms of goal difference.

Norwich need to win to stay in the league, they will be as up for all their remaining games as their opponents, more so than Man United really.

I reckon we'll beat Stoke and draw with Sunderland and Newcastle, putting us on 34 points. I can't see Fulham winning more than 1 game. Although they have the easiest fixtures, they're still worse than us.

I know it looks good for us with Norwich's fixtures, but we've proved this season that we can challenge against the big teams. If they're going to beat anyone, it will be against Arsenal at home (last game of the season). Norwich are going to treat their last four games like cup finals and I can just see them causing a shock.

I think it will be us, Norwich and Sunderland. I'll support the boys all the way, but that's my honest answer.

I would say Sunderland for definite then I think Norwich will go down then toss up between us and Fulham

Fulham have got momentum at the right time, Norwich as much as they'll be determined, they have two title challengers and Arsenal will want to cement their Champions League spot as well, I can only see a win against United for Norwich

I would say Sunderland and Norwich are bankers - Sunderland because they are so far behind and have 3 'probable losses' in their last 6 games, Norwich as they are unlikely to get any points from their last 4 games.

And the third spot is where it gets difficult. I will reserve judgment until Saturday evening - if we win against Stoke on Saturday I genuinely believe we will beat Sunderland, at which point we need a point or two from a Newcastle side who are a shambles at the moment and Chelsea who may well have a champions league final on the horizon.
If we don't beat Stoke I think we will have given ourselves too much to do and I would put us as a banker aswell (unfortunately.)

I will keep the faith at the moment, that we will carry the momentum through from our unlikely victory and go on and do the business against Stoke. After reaching acceptance last week I am back to blind faith for at least 5 more days. Cmon city!!
