Agree two clear yellow offences. Some times refs give a bit of leeway but he can't complain.

Whilst agree it was 2 clear yellows you have to wonder if that was other way around would he have sent off the Chelsea player

It was absolutely a red card. I just want a bit of consistancy, it seemed he told Britton that he was told to send him off theough his ear piece.

The guy he is hooked up to is the 4th official who Mourinho was remonstrating with - who initially said to Mourinho - what do you want me to do about it? I guess Jose told him exactly what he wanted him to do about it... So he did.

That doesnt happen usually so its a bit frustrating that i happens to us. But i guess at the end of all that, the correct decision was reached so it doesnt matter really.

My concern is that if dowd is unable to make the correct decision despite being 5 yards away and in perfect sight of it, it makes you wonder why he is there in the first place.

Thought second yellow was more blatant than first, Sky showed a split screen of 4th official & live action which indicates no involvement from him.
If it was other end of pitch would Terry or Cahill gone? Probably not as somebody has mentioned above using Gerrard incident as example.
