MOTD - Juan Cala & Marshal

Sat Apr 12, 2014 10:32 pm

These two look well up for the fight, and should be the guys all the others look up to.

Daehli looks to have some grit about him too.

Its amazing what one win can do........is back to back wins too much to dream for? We need to give a massive fans effort against stoke Saturday :bluescarf: :ole:

Great to see that kind of passion by our players. Thought marshal was gonna rip calas shirt off and dry hump him at the end  the whole team looked like they had point to prove today. Let's hope they keep it going :bluescarf: wasn't a great performance, but the team dogged it out and got what they deserved

Strange but today seemed like a malky team with attacking threat not a ole team with defensive frailties !

The fight was the only thing missing in oles selections , now he's found it :ayatollah: loved today's passion by the two players the poster mentioned :ayatollah:

The main thing for Ole to do now, is stick with the same team for Saturday!

Daehli impressed me v Palace, not at his best but never looked to hide, and at 18 you can't say a bad word.

He was more impressive against palace but did get us the free kick that led to the goal.
He is better at keeping possession under pressure than anyone else in our team, amazing composure, was asked to sit deeper and cover for his full back which i thought he did quite well, was unsure if he could do a job defensively.

Cala is so much better than turner, why did he not play against palace? Was he injured?

Turner is gash. Hope Cala and Caulker can gel into a solid partnership.

He's putting Kim to shame for his ball retention despite being so small

Cala looks easily the best partner for caulker composed on the ball nothing against turner but he's not calas standard. Please keep these pair together for the rest of the season

Probably going too far but,...........I'd consider starting Cala upfront instead of Ken Jones after his strike yesterday!
