What about after you lose your next 4 games 8-2 and we win all of ours 6-3?

And besides, once this province sees you relegated we shall instigate ethnic cleansing as the final solution! :thumbright:

Of course it will make a difference you might not expect anything out of the game, but it will make a difference another loss might get into the players heads 'with a bit of luck'

I wouldn't have thought so. Anything from tomorrow is a bonus and anyone with their head screwed on knows that. After tomorrow we've got 4 winnable games where if we don't at least match Norwich, Fulham's and your results over those 4 games then we'll deserve to go down.

Anything is possible of course but in my view, we'll be fine.

What a vivid imagination you have. we are 5 points above you not 4 anyway, unless you envisage making up 30 goals on us in the next 4 games.

Tomorrow makes no difference really, you play Chelsea too

When the league was last decided we came 9th.

We had a huge fixture pile up and a change of manager this year with us progressing in Europe so i would doubt we will finish top 10 again this term.

But fully expect it again next season. Thanks for asking though.

I don't think the jacks will get many more points but will be safe due to a lot poorer teams below them ourselves included. Arsenal away was a big point for them and their gd is priceless at this stage. Just wish the manager formerly with the highest points per game ratio was employed earlier. Top ten next year gotta love your confidence.

He is doung a fine job considering the circumstances. Its not often you inherit a squad that has played over a season worth of games with a quarter of a season to run. I also wish he was employed earlier.

Im absolutely certain we will be top 10 next year, there or there abouts anyway. 1st season we finished 11th, 2nd season we finished 9th and without the Europeam distraction there is no reason what so ever to think we wont do the same next term.

You can scratch anything you like, but I disagree.

laudrup was the one who finished 9th and he was also the one who took us to 15th upon his sacking. It was not the doing of Monk.

By the time Monk took over his squad had already played more games than many players ever play in a complete season. Not only that but he had to implement the old ways and his new ideas with just a few days before the next game. It is a work in progress and its looking better and better as the performances are improving.

If he was employed earlier then he would have had more time to implement his changes on a fresher squad.
