Not his biggest fan but he played well today :ayatollah:

I don't care how well he plays - he shouldn't be playing in a city shirt after the attitude he showed against crystal palace

Only tried hard today because there was an England scout in the stands in my opinion

I was soooooooo annoyed with him last week, I was ready to drive him back to Manchester myself. Maybe, just maybe he'll finally come good for us and who know's.

Bring him on in the last 20 I say.

On todays evidence, he plays better just behind the striker, where he can be more direct and run at the heart of teams rather than on the wing. Played there a lot for Palace last season.

We've lost one of our most influential wingers but because a player had a bad performance against a former team, he should never play again

I think he's more of an impact player than anything. He shouldn't of played against his ex club tho IMO, but well done today Zaha.

Zaha needs to f**k off, doesn't deserve his place at our club

Re: Zaha

He seems to do better when there is space in front of him when the opposing team are sat tight and theres no where to go he just runs into other players.

Massive game against stoke who are on very very good form

I change my mind on the Kenfig Blue being the worst poster on here, TRose is clueless you'd think he'd only start watching football this season, what a clown.

But I am happy that Zaha put some effort in. Hopefully he puts the same commitment in next week and for the rest of the season.

Re: Zaha

The problem with Zaha is that he's not a starter. He's great coming into a game that's settled down, so defenders get caught out by him, but he's just not effective when he starts games. No idea why, but some of it seems to be down to a lack of effort.

I did think though, if he scored that chance he had today, it might have got him flying and he could have been one of the men to keep us up. He's good, but £15m good? Nowhere near.

Re: Zaha

Sat Apr 12, 2014 6:07 pm

Due to his lack of match fitness,he was blowing hard today after every run, should be used as impact sub imo,but due to nooney being out,I think Ole may be forced to start him,in one or two of our remaining games.Agree though, he looked more comfortable behind cambell today.put a fair shift in.CCFC.
