MJ:are you really that thick?? If true,to name him would be wrong,as there is due process regarding any diciplinary matters,including dismissal for gross misconduct! You really are the tool people describe you as!

Every employee of a company, has the right to a hearing,and even when found guilty of any matter regards conduct,be it gross or otherwise,can still appeal that decision,of course if they know they are bang to rights,they will accept dismissal straight away,and the matter is concluded.And by other topics coverage regards this incident,It seems he has been named,which leads me to believe,he is guilty,and has been dismissed,likely meaning he is guilty,and would mean it would be futile for him,to pursue the matter further.
