The club claimed circumstances had changed after pictures had emerged of new man Ljupko Petrovic with Serbian warlord Arkan
Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan at a press conference with members of the FK Sarajevo board when his investment was announced
Cardiff City's Vincent Tan-owned 'sister club' have axed their second manager in the space of a week.
Tan took control of FK Sarajevo in December after investing in the Bosnian club, keen to tie up links with the Bluebirds.
But a scoreless and winless run saw coach Robert Jarni sacked on Tuesday, despite still being four points off the top of the league.
Former Croatia and Real Madrid star Jarni was replaced by former Red Star Belgrade European Cup winning boss Ljupko Petrovic.
But Petrovic has now had an 18-month contract torn up after pictures emerged of him posing with Arkan, the Serbian warlord indicted for crimes against humanity during the Balkan conflicts.
Petrovic claimed not remembering having posed for the picture and seemed to suggest it was a mock-up, but claimed he did not want to sign the contract in the circumstances with the club agreeing.
“We intend to hire a great coach, who in terms of sports is a great name, who in his career he won almost everything there is to win in club football. However, unfortunately, there were certain circumstances, that Mr. Petrovic does understand what is what prevented us to conclude this deal, “said chairman Edis Kusturica.
FK Sarajevo bosses will now search for another “big name” coach after dismissing Jarni after six league games, the fired boss admitting he had not met owner Tan in his time at the club.

This is another load of anti tan bullshit.
1. If anybody thinks Vincent tan is hiring and firing people at that other club there idiots.
2. If anybody thinks its ok to have the manager of a football team posing for photos with a convicted war criminal then there idiots as well.

He hadn't even signed the contract, and appears to have agreed with the decision, yet another dig at Tan for something over nothing, is there no end to agenda's.

Well if you read it they don't say Vincent tan has anything to do with it.
It just says the club he has backed has sacked a manager after some poor results then sacked the new manager for hanging around with war criminals.
But anyway carry on trying to make out that Vincent tan sacked a manager then just decided to sack the new manager a few days later because he's tan an he's crazy.
If Tan dropped a box of eggs in tesco you'd probably say he went on a egging rampage around Cardiff

Fuckin Hell - what will/does it take for people to STOP getting behind the man who's ruining our club -- Give yourselves a good fuckin talking too.....This DOES affect us and TAN is involved he bought a controlling stake!!
Thank f**k for Wales online and the other press that are printing these type of stories. For once the press have their 'bad man' and he is a f*cking loon/badman - So I don't care if they print that he's really a Swansea Fan (haha) - anything that continues to paint him as a clown (whether true or not) is only a good thing for us
This one looks pretty darn true to me....
You pro-tan brigade have freedom of speech and can vent your views on here or any other forum, but don't expect any of the polite come backs from those of us who would rather be playing in the conference that continuing with Tan's bullshit...
TAN OUT.
