Nukes, JUst spoke to Charlton fans, it was them who paid for this tribute, not Charlton FC, they never put a penny in.

Thanks for getting this Annis - it is always interesting to get some facts straight from the horses mouth - good for Charlton fans, and good for Greenwich council who apparently ARE discussing an appropriate memorial with the military.
