Relegation

I know there is a lot of hostility between Cardiff and Swansea fans due to events that happened years ago in the past. I'm a young Swansea fan from the North and have followed the national team and all Welsh clubs throughout my childhood. I have no problem with friendly rivalries but the hatred I read on both Cardiff and Swansea boards really saddens me, I don't think it gives a good example to the kids out there and we can learn a lot from the Merseyside derby, especially how they supported each other when the Hillsborough inquiry reopened. I would love it if we could show other teams in the league how proper fans act and appreciate good football and not fan bias. Finally I hope you stay up this year, but if you don't I'll be watching Manish on the football league show hoping you win!

Hmmm, I wouldn't go as far as to preach love between our clubs as much as you do but I see your point. A division is a lot less fun without our local rivals in it. I have a number of mates who are Swansea fans so I could never say I hate them but it's a fantastic rivalry and I always hope we beat you or finish higher than you. If we go down, I hope you come down with us purely because I want another South Wales derby next season.
