I wonder if there are any 'get out clauses' in contracts

Tue Apr 08, 2014 11:34 pm

With many agents managing to put relegation clauses and minimum bid clauses in contracts these days then I wonder if any will be triggered once the seasons comes to an end

You should see the stuff he's made up in the past. Ask Merthyr council, Merthyr vale homes and some of the political parties and not forgetting printers

It's not get out clauses you should be concerned about, it's relegation wage reduction clauses. If, in the event of relegation, you haven't inserted these then that will lead to a whole heap of trouble.

Guaranteed that will be the next real issue soon.

If this rises then I will look forward to the defending of the regime then.

Parachute payments wont cover your wage bill unless drastic changes are made.
a sensible board would insist on them. A irresponsible one will say we wouldn't have been able to sign x, y or z if one was in place. Your lot will just blame malky!

NATMAN - haven't you been warned about getting personal on posters ?

There was no need for your personal attack on Adam, as a Christian I thought you would have known better.

You should apologise or be banned.

Adam likes to rake up any bit of nonsense he can about the club so I'm simply referring to an article published on Wales Online.

Ok, it might have been a little out of order (although it is in the public domain) but so are his constant attacks on the club. Because if you boil it down that is what they are!

I disagree , Adam has an opinion in the world of free speech away from the world of rebranded red nodding dogs.

What article are you referring to? Personally I haven't seen anything from Adam on Wales online regarding Car Crash Football Club.

As for raking up nonsense , Car Crash Football Club is total nonsense from top to bottom, it's the biggest joke in football. Thankfully getting it's just deserts and relegated.

Your post was totally out of order, to attack him personally, to derail the thread in question in an attempt another member of the Forum congregation to sin. When in fact his point was quite plausible . He's entitled to make constant attacks on your club it's his opinion and his free choice to do so.its not as your club don't make it easy for him either if you boil down to it.

Once again you've personally attacked someone and derailed a thread . To which you have been warned previous and banned. Possibly the mods should put you out for a life ban this time ?
