The Croatian has been sacked by Vincent Tan-owned FK Sarajevo despite being just four points off the top of the league.

Vincent Tan has sacked his manager after a run of four games without a win - despite only appointing him a few months ago.



But it is not Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who has got the bullet for his struggles at Cardiff City, including his own four games without victory that has pushed the Bluebirds towards relegation.

Instead it is Tan's other club, Bosnian outift FK Sarajevo, who have made the shock decision to axe boss Robert Jarni just four months and nine games into his reign.

Tan had already agreed a link-up with Sarajevo last summer and was in the process of completing his takeover to become majority shareholder when Croatia and Real Madrid legend Jarni was appointed on December 1.

But despite the club sitting just four points off the top of the table with five games remaining as well as gaining a place in the last-four of the Bosnian cup, Jarni received his marching orders with a stinging appraisal of his time in charge. It is not clear if Tan was directly involved in the decision but the statement, published on FK Sarajevo's official site, makes reference to the heavy investment that the Malaysian is thought to have made.

“The board of FK Sarajevo was the unanimous view that since the beginning of the spring part of the season we look dubious, non-dominant, inefficient, disengaged and unmotivated,” read the statement made by club chairman Edis Kusturica.

“Taking into account all that has been invested and provided the players and the coaching, it's not enough for ambitions and expectations, administration, and the army of supporters and fans of FK Sarajevo.”

As much as he had a hand in Malky going! Who the hell is going to want to work under Dictator Tan. If Ole gets sacked I hate to think who we'd have here next....no decent manager would consider coming here with the axe permanently hovering over you.

Yet you were on the radio demanding OGS gets the sack (Even though youre not a Cariff fan, bizarre to say the least) so does OGS have no family? no knock on effects?
